Rice Bread
	
	
	
	Gluten free bread made from rice flour rather than wheat flour. You will get a very wet batter. No kneading involved as it is gluten free, and it won't rise as a standard bread dough would.
	
	Ingredients
	- 500g Rice Flour
 - 7g Dried Yeast
 - 1 teaspoon Salt
 - 25g Caster Sugar
 - 50ml Olive Oil
 - 450g Water
 
	
	Tools
	- Oven
 - Parchment paper
 - Cooling rack
 - Cooking Chef XL
 - Loaf pan - 8 x 4 x 2.5"
 - Cooking chef xl bowl
 
	
	Method
	- Pre-heat oven - 200°C
 - Line a clean loaf pan with parchment paper
 - Attach the K-Beater
 - Add rice flour, dried yeast, salt and caster sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
 - Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
 - Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed Min
 - Then add olive oil and water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
 - Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 3
 - Transfer dough to loaf pan
 - Let rise - 30 min
 - Bake - 30 min, 200°C
 - Turn out onto cooling rack
 - Let cool
 - Serve
